Orders & Delivery
Every effort is made to fulfil all orders on a daily basis and we will endeavour to ship your item/s as soon as possible. If we can not satisfy your entire order we will part ship your order, inform you by email and then ship the remaining items carriage free when they come into stock. All goods are checked before dispatch. Spirafootwear.co.uk are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service used.
Exchange or Return of Goods
If you wish to return the goods for any reason, please complete the return form which will be included with your delivery note. Goods returned in an unused condition, within 30 days, may be exchanged or refunded as you instruct. Footwear can be returned for refund or exchange providing they are in the same, unworn condition as first sent.
